Prices quoted on our website are in Singapore dollars (SGD).


We accept payment through Paypal (allows for credit card payments) and Bank Transfer.


Packages are usually shipped out within 1-3 business days of the date of order, unless otherwise communicated to you, or if the entire Wunderloot Crew has gone on a group holiday! 😀 In such circumstances a storewide notice will be enabled to inform you of our absence.


Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, depending on the method of shipping selected (normal mail, registered mail, or courier).

We ship to Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Australia, and the Philippines.

Shipping within Singapore:
– Normal post*: Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days from ship date
– Registered post: Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days from ship date
– Courier delivery: Estimated delivery: 1-2 business days from ship date
– Free Shipping: Spend above $150 for free shipping!

* Please Note: There is no tracking available for normal post and you are deemed to have agreed that we are not responsible for any mail lost in transit.

International Shipping
– Estimated delivery time: 7-14 business days from ship date
– Free Shipping: Spend above $180 for free shipping!

Other Countries
At the moment our online store is not equipped to process international orders outside of the countries listed above. If you would like to place an order nonetheless, please email your order details to [email protected] and we will gladly process it for you.


We want our customers to be absolutely happy with their purchases! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we allow exchanges for colour or size, or for store credit. Items qualify for exchange only if:

  1. The original packaging and tags are intact; and
  2. The product is unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.

We reserve the right to refuse your exchange if your item does not meet the above conditions.

Customers will bear the cost of shipping products back to us for purposes of exchange. We advise that parcels be sent to us using a reliable delivery service which provides tracking.


We inspect all products before they are sent out to ensure that they meet our high quality standards.

However, if there is something wrong with the delivery (manufacturing defect, wrong item, etc.), please notify us no later than 14 days from the date of the order by sending an email to [email protected] so that we can assist you.

Please send us details and pictures of the defect, your order number, name and address and we will be in touch shortly. Do await our reply and further instructions before sending the product back.
